FNB Homeloans not worried about new clients time.

Neil Hendricks | Sales Consultant (HLSG) talked me into applying personally with FNB on the grounds that: 50% discount on your bond registration fees, as well as 50% of your instalment back in eBucks after your first debit order.

So I send him everything he may need, he also told me not to go use my bond broker because only 1 application can be submitted.

When I want to follow up with him on where we stand I don't get answers. When I phoned, I find out that he has not even loaded the supporting documents that I sent him. I also get notification what looks like he is on leave or something.

When I want to speak to his supervisor Yinhla Mathebula, I only get voicemails. So my whole application is on hold because I was instructed not to give it to my bond broker if I want the benefits. This is a time sensitive matter!!! I only have a period that I can get financing and I cant afford to waste time!

I MUST SAY I"M so disappointed in your Home loan department. I have always been an advocate for FNB. I think it is unprofessional to hook a client by saying you'll get benefits and discount if you use us directly and the drop the ball when it comes to making the home run.
