FNB homeloans, not getting back to clients

No one even contacted me about the below issue. I cant keep using my airtime to hold in a Call centre to follow up on my complaint I am very sad about the treatment from my bank. 15 Jun 2020, 07:49

Bad service from homeloan department FNB

Very bad service with homeloan department regarding payment holiday, did all paper work more than 15 working days ago, no feedback even after phoning them 2 times already. Never even paid one instalment late or short and this is the treatment i get after being with FNB for more than 13 years.
