FNB Homeloans not corresponding correctly

I paid of my bond account in June 2020 I received the final settlement amount form the bank Londiwe and she told me that the full cancleation amount is R539 937.22 i paid this and she and i discussed the insurance, i asked her if i should take out insurance now or is it still covered till end June. She informed me end June, I then took out my own insurance from 1st July of which i have proof of. i send this to them. I also got a lawyer that could help me get my title deed she has also been paid in full. !st when we wanted title deed we were told that the bank lost it and has to request a new one , they wanted me to pay for this but my lawyer insisted it is their mistake and they must pay. Then they came from outsurance with a account of R40 000, I apparetly had insurance in arrears and must pay. I told the bank I had my onw inusrance as discussed with Londiwe and they credited R15 000 which makes no sense where did they get the amount form. On Friday last week my due amount at outsurance was R15 000 something today it is R16 000. I have been through every person i can at Fnb and no one can help me, This is bull ****. they are not doing their job, gave me the wrong infor, want more freaking money from me and this is unaccpetable. Please can some one help me.
