FNB Homeloans - Non-Existent Service

After numerous E-Mails and phone calls this has got to be the worst Bank to deal with No-One bothers to acknowledge email requests ....so much so that I had to drive to FNB Homeloans ...and still NO service....I should NEVER have app**** for a Home Loan thru FNB
