FNB Homeloans mess

I sold my property on the 7th of November , and immediately informed FNB Homeloans that I had sold my house and gave them notice to cancel my bond with them.

In March the transfer happened and this was more than 90 days after I had given them notice ,

But they still went ahead and took R12000 as interest. I wrote an email to them and forwarded proof , that I did inform them , and I have made countless phone calls and the issue is still not resolved ,

I know this platform works quite well , as something is terribly wrong at the Home loans department of its just an FNB strategy to ***** from its customers.
