FNB HOMELOANS LEGAL DEPT

My FNB Homeloan was 3 months in arrears when I was sent a Section 129 on email on 08/07/2015. I responded that same day advising that I needed to apply for a special arrangement and asked for the forms to be sent to me. After reading the Section 129 letter again I noticed that debt review was listed as an option for me to make arrangements. I contacted Debt Busters on the 23rd of July and all the paperwork was concluded on 3rd August. FNB Home Loans Legal Department ignored this and proceeded with legal action and delivered a summons on 19 August 2015 to my workplace which was left at receptionist. All the while they have ignored all contact from my debt review company. I called FNB legal department on 21 August 2015 and was advised that they can see a debt review status on the account but the same account also has legal status so I am still to pay the full arrears to avoid even further legal proceedings. When I asked why are they ignoring the debt review status on my account and insisting I pay full arrears immediately, I was placed on hold for 57 minutes before hanging up. Debt Review as of yesterday still has no communication from FNB Homeloans despite their efforts.
