Fnb Homeloans lazy and insulting - KICKBACKS?????

I app**** 5 weeks ago for a loan on my bond for solar, it took 4 weeks to get approval, every week they asked for a different document which I would send through ASAP (but their staff take 3-4 days to read the mail) - they said it would take 14 days, its now a week since "approval" again 3-4 days to read my mail, get me to sign debit orders etc, I ask when the money will be paid into my account, only to get told they pay the supplier once they have 'vetted' the supplier. They have forced me to close my overdraft and now they insult me by saying they will pay once vetted. ARE THEY GETTING KICKBACKS????
