FNB Homeloans in December mode.

Good Day

I am very disappointed that anytime I need something resolved I have to resort to Hello Peter.

I sent a query to the Homeloans division and still have no feedback from them. I sent another follow up to remind them to please advise, however my emails go unanswered.

Please advise on the below over and above my query:

1.What does one have to do to get service? 2.Why did you lie and say your turnround time is 48hours in the auto reply you sent yet it has been over week since my enquiry? 3. Why does the handle call itself Homeloans Relationship centre, when clearly you don't value the client relationship?
