FNB Homeloans Future Use Amount a **** & ********* Practice

When choosing our bond it came up to the future use amount FNB promises on your bond at application stage. However when the time comes you have to jump though hoops again with evaluations, credit checks etc. I dont have time right now for this. I could at any bank simply apply for more the same as this false advertised product benefit. This benefits us nothing! This future use is simply an ********* marketing practice and disgusting to try sell you a product benefit at application stage that doesnt exist. Its a **** and should be reported to the ombud. I am absolutely disgusted at the offering they make at application stage which you cant have anyway. Dont offer me something you that doesnt exist. I would have gone with another bond if I knew this. This is *********, ********, false advertising and lies. I hope the ombud fines you! Not to mention it took 2 months just to keep getting copy paste replies from FNB. The client service which was good at FNB is now the worst. 2 months!!! Horrified.
