FNB Homeloans faulty sms

FNB homeloans debit my FNB cheque account on the 25th of every month an amount of R3367.67 with no default. on the 25th September 2020 you successfully debited the said amount from my account, on the 26th September 2020 i receive an sms telling me no payment has been received and that my account has been handed over to collections. ON WHICH GROUNDS??? i tried the fnb app chat and the prince and mbali failed to assist as "its not in their department and they can't refer" you home loans emails address tells me of 48 turn around i don't have that time and want my query resolved ASAP as you QUICK TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AND SLOW TO RESLOVE THE MESS YOU CAUSED!!
