FNB homeloans doesnt reward loyalty

Recently I've been writing about FNB on Hellopeter and other social media as FNB doesn't rewardretain low risk loyal clients. I want to switch my home loan to FNB as this is the only financial product is not within the First rand group.FNB gave me a higher rate than my existing home loan provider and refuse to negotiate a better rate. The consultant confirmed on email that I have no option to negotiate a better rate. However ********* FNB is only prepared to negotiate if another bank gives me a better rate...heres the catch, they exclude my current homeloan service provider as they are unable to match that rate. I appealed to the consultant to sharpen the pencils as its about 1/2 % difference and they run a risk of losing myself and my wife(in the process of upgrading to pvt client) to which she said that's the \final"rate. Ive been a loyal FNB client since 1990 and for 1/2% they ask me to go to apply to other banks and come back to negotiate. Is my business and loyalty worth so little. Did a credit manager review my application as I requested on email?? if another bank is cheaper or can match FNB rate"
