Fnb homeloans do not WANT to help

Fnb Homeloans does not want to help. I requested the account to be settled on the 4 October 2021. Today is the 27 October and we are still fighting about this small amount and that small amount. If the first person actually did their job and sent the request through on the 4th October, I would not have to be fighting every day to get the account settled. What a mess. I really though FNB was better than this.
