FNB homeloans division sucks!

I have been a client of FNB homeloans since 2009, and obtained a second bond in 2012. I have been unable to contact FNB. The app doesn't let me contact them because when I enter my ID number it tells me I must go to an ATM to register. I don't have an ATM card with FNB. I cannot email them because there is no email address for homeloans on their website. The call centre doesn't answer and doesn't even tell me where I am in the queue. I put down after 30 minutes.
