FNB HOMELOANS DISHONEST

My building with 4 sectionalised flats was hijacked. FNB Homeloans put their vultures lawyers onto me despite that I was threatened to go there and never received rentals two years now. Their own people could not get onto the premises

To protect my financial standing, I reached a repayment plan for arrear payments with FNB saying they will put legal actions in abeyance until I repay the arrears.

Now that is done, I find out that FNB still went ahead and got judgments and listed me on credit bureau for two of the flats!

They **** to me and now, even when I owe them nothing on the bonds, I am credit listed making my financial situation worse.

How did they get judgments on only two yet all four were in similar situation with same repayment arrangements all registered same time? I think they are dishonest and should repay the huge legal costs added to my two bonds. They should give me cheat financial standing to take me off credit bureaus.

FNB had asked me to withdraw notices to defend when we reached the repayment arrangement!
