FNB Homeloans disappoint
We recently took out a Home loan with FNB and provided our own Insurance to the attorneys and the bank. When the home loan registered I called the call center to confirm that everything was done as we requested... surprise, surprise FNB Homeloans disappoint again!
The Insurance was loaded as FNB Insurance Brokers (NOT MY BROKER) and even their Insurance Company. Now I have to fix what FNB didn't bother doing by completing yet another form.
And I promise you they will not have this fixed before my first installment goes off even though that means we am double Insured (yes the broker already deducted the premium) and all this because FNB doesn't do their jobs properly.
