FNB Homeloans dept inefficient

FNB homeloans, They are inefficient I have been asking fo my bond paid up letter for the past 3 weeks. They don't respond to emails, the call centre agents say they log a request but days pass and you do not hear anything from them, you call them and they tell you to send and email to *** which nobody ever responds to or acknowledge receipt.
