FNB homeloans continues to disappoint

I am beyond frustrated with FNB. At every point of the process of obtaining a loan and then a building loan from FNB homeloans they have disappointed me. I finally obtained approval from FNB for the building loan and provided all the necessary documentation to the FNB appointed lawyer on 24 August 2015. They were then going to lodge with the deeds office. Then after not hearing anything I followed up on 1 September 2015 and found out that my title deeds had been lost by FNB. After a number of days of waiting for a response from FNB as to where they were, the lawyer completed the application for a duplicate title deed from the deeds office. This was sent to FNB to sign. We have now been waiting three days for them to do this. You would think they would sort it out as a matter of urgency as they lost the title deed but unfortunately not. The entire process of lodging has now been delayed significantly and there is not end in sight. I absolutely cannot believe that I keep having to complain on hellopeter for anything to happen.
