Fnb homeloans contact centre sucks!!!!

Fnb homeloan call center is a nightmare. You are being moved from one place to another without getting much assistance. We paid a lump sum into our account as my husband was retrenched. I call them and one person dropped a call on me. That was after I was transfered without getting any assistance. It feels like they want to see people loose their homes. I got the same response when my husband had just been retrenched and we needed advise. I definitely will be moving my business elsewhere!!!
