FNB Homeloans completely useless

FNB Homeloans department must be the most *********** department I have ever dealt with. We want to pay up and close our bond account but they are unable to give us and the attorneys a settlement letter for some bizarre reason, there's no one you can speak to directly, no one responds to emails and no one assists you at all. I will not give FNB anymore business!!!!
