FNB Homeloans are unrealiable when it comes to arrangements

Good day, I made agreements with fnb homeloans in October 2024 to pay extra into my bond account to bring the arrear amount and bond up to date. I spoke to several people in the homeloans department amongst others the manager Catherine, I was told that the legal fees with stop. I honour my arrangement to date and guess what the legal fees even escalate now and never stopped. After numerous emails to the homeloan department and calls . till to date this was never rectified. The more i pay into my bond the more legal fees
