Fnb homeloans and collections

FNB cancelled my flexi bond facility on their side for a system error that happened. Spoke to them on 4 august where they told me that the will rectify the problem and that the debt order didn't run correctly and i should transfer R 295.00 over and it will be 48 hours and the issue will be resolved. I.ve transfered the outstanding amount just after speaking to them. 48 hours later the issue was not resolved. Phoned them again to find out what is going on and the reply I got was that I had to reapply for the flexi facility. I think this is just ridicules that if there is a problem on there side that you have to reply and go through all the hassles again. They they cancelled the facility without even notiving me of anything ove R295.00 and in the facility is a lot more than than availble!

Reviewer Update

Celeste, someone from your office phoned me on Monday and said they will look into it and get back to me in 48 hours. It is thursday already and still no feedback. FNB is very quickly to charge you a lot of money, by if a mistake is made on their side it is either the system or some lame excuse but to fix the issue never happens. This has been going on for more than a week now and it is still not resolved. I've even phoned the collections department again and after their first story of 48 hours, they've chanced it and said it is actully 5 days. This is day 5 and guess what???? Absolutely nothing!!
