FNB HOMELOANS

I am so frustrated with FNB Homeloan Dept. Going back to the 31/3/2020 I app**** to 5 different Homeloan Department as well as online with Covid-19 requesting relief for 3 months on my Bond payment of which all of the above rep**** that my request was received and will get back to me within 4 working days. Well, up to know, I have heard from no one!!!! Sine the request and no response a payment went off keeping in mind that due to lockdown I receive no income. I have made approximately 30 phone calls to the various departments with no success due to no persons answering the phones. My last resort was hoping my Personal Banker could be of assistance unfortunately I was also waisting my time as he recons there is nothing that he can do about it - I must resolve it. This is very frustrating and I feel under these circumstances unacceptable.
