I've been sending emails simply requesting a tax certificate and nobody seem to be willing to assist me. Then I try to call and have to hold on for more than 30 minutes without anybody answering my call. Only a recording playing the whole time.

Now I will see if you maybe will call me back and assist me to retrieve my statements myself via a online platform or via a APP.
