FNB Homeloans

On the 30th of July 2016 FNB homeloans"forgot"to debit my account. I then had to spend hours on the phone, at my expense trying to get them to debit my account. They eventually debited my account on the 5th Aug 2016. FNB subsequently proceeded to suspend my Flexi facility on the account, without notifyting me, I once again had to contact FNB, at my expense, to find out why my flexi facility showed zero funds available. It turns out it was suspended because my homeloan account had gone into arrears over the 5 days when they had "forgotten"to debit my account. On Friday 12th Aug I was once again on the phone to FNB, at my expense, and they agreed that because the error was on their side, they would reinstate my flexi facility. This morning after once again phoning FNB at my expense, I am told that they will get back to me during the day, which they didn't and am also told that I need to fill out a form to have my flexi facility reinstated. I have requested written communication stating that my flexi facility was suspended and why, unsurprisingly, this has not been forthcoming. FNB employees keep apologising and blaming the system but doing nothing to find a solution, this "system issue"started on the 31 of July and I am writing this on the 15th of Aug. This is absolutely ridiculous from FNB. I was allocated a private banker but apparently I still have to spend hours on the phone speaking with various departments at FNB.
