FNB HOMELOANS

I made a transfer from my fnb debit account to my fnb homeloan amount of r12500.00 .I tried several times and I received error messages,eventualy R12 500.00 WAS SUCCESSFULLY transferred to my homeloan account but its not reflecting.I have chatted to the staff online but im receiving generic responses.FNB check the transactions on my debit account and fix those transactions please and also i would like to see the r12500.00 on my homloan account today because transactions from fnb to fnb are immediate.I have a private banker that i can never get hold of.i would actually prefer someone because she is not usefull.The lady before her was so useful

FNB PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP AND PLEASE I WOULD LIKE ANOTHER PRIVATE BANKER NOT MELANIE
