FNB HOMELOAN/PRIVATE BANKING

On 1 September I requested that my monthly payment be moved from the 1st of the month to the 26th of the month. IT IS 2 OCTOBER AND AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT FOR THIS MONTH TO BE DEDUCTED. My private personal banker is on maternity leave and the woman who is supposed to assist me is unhelpful to say the least. I cannot emphasise enough how this frustrates me. PUTRID SERVICE is not the word!! What the *** am I supposed to do??????
