FNB homeloan service is pathetic

MY debit order details were changed without my permission and now it is impossible to get them to correct their mistake!!!!!!!!!! I have two home loan accounts with FNB and utterly disappointed with their service. Thinking of moving all my accounts to another bank!!!!!!!!!!
