Fnb homeloan service is appalling

We had a bond with Fnb which was closed in June 2022. We had a stop order running and unfortunately couldn't cancel in time and it went off in July. We called to get a refund and told to fill in forms the refund will be processed within 7 days. After numerous calls were told there's a delay it will take 20 days. Suddenly were told the money was refunded to the employer. When we ask who the employer was and what banking details was no one could give us an answer.

This is not only lame by Fnb but the worst customer service from and totally unacceptable. The service sucks to say the least and no one has a clue what their doing. Fnb you must do better!
