Fnb homeloan restructure of account is usless

Each time i request my home loan to be restructured its ignored, and only time its actioned is when i lay a complaint.

Once again. I sent the form as they requested, got a auto response back. Then nothing after that.

I send a request via the app as its next to impossible to get to speak to someone at fnb. Fnb wants you to use the chat. But if you not by the phone when they respond then the chat is closed.

So Im having yet again to lay a complaint here hoping the reschedule is done.
