FNB Homeloan interest rate not comparible to Standard Bank

I refer you to my home loan bank submission reference: 764/TC9/07/2019.

I like FNB, I wish my homeloan to be at FNB. But this cannot happen, because the interest rate you offer me is 11.9% compared to Standard bank 10.03%. How is it possible that Standard Bank was the first out of the three banks to come back with an interest rate of 10.03% and was the first to do a property evaluation and I'm not even their client??

Even after sending in the Standard Bank application as proof, indicating that your interest rate is not comparible, still you do not wish to change this? I find this very odd and dissatisfying. You are going to forfeit this opportunity. If I don't hear from you I'm going to accept Standard Bank's application, because it simply is just a better interest rate.
