Fnb homeloan holding up my transfer of my property

hi,

i am extremely unhappy with the service from fnb,

fnb has now costed me 1 weeks delay in my occupation of my house.

our bond registration attorneys have been requesting a "proceed to lodge" from fnb for a week now and we received nothing, this is now holding up my transfer as they cant transfer my property without this.

this is shocking, i regret deciding to go with fnb for my home loan
