FNB Homeloan high interest rates and NO service

I am so very disappointed with FNB. I have been with the bank for over 30 years, have a private wealth status and of course the huge banking charges that go with it! I have recently been offered a much better bond interest rate from 2 other banks and contacted FNB to match or better the offer - this was over 2 weeks back. No communication, no feedback. I am going to move my entire private and my business portfolio to another bank.
