FNB HOMELOAN FUTHER LOAN APPLICATION

I have been banking with fnb for years now, Fnb financed my assets house, vehicle. I called and apply for further loan on my home loan, I was told to completed the forms and send them back to [Email Removed] I have completed the forms send them.its been 4 days no responds from FNB.I then called in and I was told that my application was declined due to scoring which are not in line with banking industry.1.FNB does have a decency to take a phone and advised me about the outcome of the loan, that's pathetic. Other banks offered me what I am requested but I decided to apply with FNB as I was thinking that you looked after your customers but clearly I was wrong. You don't value your customers you just don't care. I have been paying my home loan and never missed a single installment, I apply for mere funds to repair the same house you are financing but you cant even help me.I am just disappointed with FNB you don't leave your slogan.
