FNB Homeloan department

Good day,

FNB homeloan is having issues with transferring between homeloan and cheque account in my instance. I went to a Birch Acres branch on the 11th of March 2024 to enquire about the issue and I was advised that the functionality will be sorted just after 13:00 same day. Later on same day I tried transacting but the same issue was happening. On the 12th March 2024 I tried again and the issue was still persisting. I started a chat with a consultant and I was told they are still experiencing the same issues. The issue was not communicated. FNB keeps on giving their customers false hope while they don't even know when will the issue be resolved.
