FNB HOMELOAN DEPARTMENT

Good day

I would like to share my unsatisfactory service that I receive from FNB every month for the past 5 months. I have a home loan account with them . The bond was settled in FEB 2021, However, till to this day they still deduct the home loan instalment . The account was cancelled and I did get the cancellation letter. this is very frustrating because every month I must call the back complete forms and my debit orders will bounce and I must carry the cost for the bouncing debit orders. I will appreciate if FNB can resolve this matter today . the person/s that I've been dealing with are Nozi ('Mdima, Nozibele' <***>) Lebo and Pinkie
