Fnb homeloan ****, claims my debit orders disappeared
I requested the 90 days notice for the cancellation of my home loan on the 16th of March 2023, now that the early termination notice period is over, FNB CLAIMS I haven’t been paying my home loan yet they debit my installment every 20th of the month. As if that’s not enough they increased the outstanding balance when I requested the settlement through my attorneys and insisted that I wasn’t paying. The outstanding balance on my app is over 20k lower than the ****ery I just got on my mail. Can this ****en trashy bank tell me where the **** my instalments have been going???

I’m convinced it’s intentional to **** people like this, called your homeloan department and they refused to give me a settlement letter but confirmed the correct outstanding balance, so what game is this being played?
