Fnb Homeloan Cancellation/Refund

I settled my home loan on 15 December last year, however, the bond with FNB has still not been cancelled to date. I was advised that a refund is due to me, but I have not yet received it. Each time I contact FNB, I receive inconsistent information from different consultants. Please can this bond be cancelled without further delay and my outstanding refund processed.
