fnb homeloan call centre bad service
My surname on my bond and marital status is wrong, i called the call centre in January and said i must fax through my id, which i did, i got a reply in February 2015 with a contact name (Sicelo Mngadi) that my request will be changed and updated within 14'days, we are in March now and am still waiting, ive sent numerous emails and they are been ignored.
