FNB homeloan bad service.

FNB homeloans

every month i get a call from FNB homeloans saying that my homeloan is in arrears meanwhile my debit order has collected successfully, on the 19/08/2016 FNB debited my account early , the arranged debit order date is for the 20th of every month, the 19/08/2016 fell on a Friday, according to my knowledge debit orders can still collect on a Saturday but not Sunday, this month on the 18/11/2016 FNB homeloans submitted again a debit order against my account, the 18/11/2016 fell on a Friday and the 20/11/2016 is on a Monday, Why would i be debited on Friday the 18/11/2016 if my debit order day agreed upon is the 20th? and why do i get every month a call for a debit order that FNB claims not to collect successfully? this will clearly effect my name on the credit bureau. i want this issue sorted, i am tired of these mistakes by FNB it is costing me, interest on arrears is calculated daily, i at the end of the day am being effected by this

Good day Daffnie

I received a call from Claudia. According to your guys records my homeloan has not been paid for June 2016. So this is obviously reflecting on the national credit bureau and reflects negatively on my profile. I have proof ( my bank statement) that this debit collected the instalment successfully. The only debit order that i am aware of that did not collect and is still outstanding is the one you guys collected earlier: 18/11/2016 which my debit order date i gave FNB is for the 20th of each and every month. No later or nor earlier. This means that i am accumalating interest on arrears every month from June 2016 till current. This is really worrying. You are billing me incorrectly. This means that the period that i will be paying my homeloan will be longer than the 20 years app**** for

I am a new FNB client i have a cheque account with you as well as a homeloan. I really now do not have any confidence in FNB anymore. I really feel like taking my business to one of the other banks.

I have also sent my bank account statement proving my payments were made

Good day Claudia

Please see attached copy of my bank statement,

This is really upsetting, why have I never been informed of this debit order that returned unpaid on the 20-06-2016 before today? What happened to my money which FNB took on the 20/06/2016?

This surely means that I`m being charged interest on arrears daily for this unpaid item from June 20th 2016 till current, I want to be credited for this and I want proof that this has been credit, I want my ITC profile also update, ITC reflects all accounts conduct, since my account reflects in arrears on your records, this means that FNB has supp**** these records to the national credit bureau as well which is a bad reflection on my profile,

I agree with the debit order that returned unpaid on the 01-04-2016 as the funds available in my account at that time was short, but why did you (FNB) process another debit order against my account on the 08/04/2016 if you collected the funds on the 07-04-2016? You charged me interest for this, I would like this looked at as well.

My complaint was for the early deduction that took place against my account on the 18/11/2016 which was on a Friday the debit order was to collect on the Monday, the 21th as per the 20th being on a Sunday, as I get paid on the 20th of the month as I am a bank employee. This November debit order returned unpaid due to FNB debiting me earlier that stipulated in our contract.

I have never not honoured my agreement with FNB, always when I say that the debit order was returned I called in and requested for the agent to debit my account, I am now 4 days overdue with my payment for November 2016 therefore I`m being charged interest on arrears for these 4 days, I want this also to be looked at and reversed, please could you sort this out for me ASAP, please provide me with feedback and turnaround time.

This is really now worrying and disappointing, I am a new FNB client, opened a cheque account with you, but I now feel like closing my accounts with you and taking my business somewhere else as I have now lost all trust in FNB.

Regards,

Keanon Apollos
