FNB Homeloan Applications

I have a FNB Home Loans for the past +- 4.5 years. I now want to make use of my re-advance and future use funds to improve the property. I have submitted the applications, but I don't receive a email to say that my application was received and you will receive your quotation in X amount of days. I submitted it to the lady I dealt with a year ago. She doesn't bother to follow-up after I asked twice if she received it. I then submitted it again on Friday to *** after the secure chat agents told me it's not showing on the system. And then submitted it again yesterday (Monday) and still it seems like they don't receive it. The lack of feedback and communication is shocking. I never had issues in the past when I had an ABSA homeloan. I always received great and clear feedback and service. I would appreciate it if someone can reach out and let me know if my application was at least received and captured.
