FNB HOMELOAN APPLICATION NIGHTMARE

I have been approved in principle for a home loan and honestly I regret doing the application without a bond originator because Cornel Boshoff seems to be very uninterested in pushing my application and otp is about to expire. I sent him my ita34 as he requested for 2024 & 2025 in 1 pdf and he didn’t bother opening it, there after he emailed me saying I only sent 1 ita34 when both are compiled in 1 all he had to do was open the document and process my application. He doesn’t respond to emails and takes his time, doesn’t care about his clients.
