FNB Homeloan and Transfers

Currently, I cannot do transfers from my Home loan account on the app. FNB has acknowledged the issue that is affecting some users, however, they cannot tell me when the service will be restored. I am a Private client, and had to call in to get feedback regarding the issue. This service has unfortunately started to decline.
