FNB homeloan

Fnb homeloan is qiuck to take your money but ask them where the credits one your homeloan has gone that is almost equal to 2 premiums then it is a stutering process. Have logged queries with 3 avenues now.. still no answer .. but a short payment had also gone off meaning thwy have taken from the credits.. but the balance is missing .. once again
