FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance keep on deduction premuim after policy was cancelled by home owner

FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance. I send a email and phoned to cancell the policy on the 30 June 2023. Outsurance also sent FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance a notification that they will be covering the property in The Grove Steet, Parktown Estate from 1 July 2023. FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance deducted a amount of R775.66 on the 1 July 2023. On the morning of the 4 July I phoned the customer service department, I was told that my FNB Short term insurance was cancelled on 30 June 2023, but I did not pay for May 2023 and that is the reason they debit me on 1 July 2023 for R775.66. That is not true, my Cheque Account was Debited at the beginning of each month. Payment was taken by debit order on the 2 May 2023 R775.66, 1 June 2023 R775.661 and 1 July 2023 R775.66. I requested FNB Home Owners Short Term Insurance to immediately pay the amount R775.66 back in my account.
