FNB home oans *****ing prepaid funds
I have called on numerous occasions and logged a number of queries since the 28th Feb 23 and no one has sorted out the problem. FNB Home Loans has taken R8 906.20 from our bonds prepaids funds. I would like to know why and where is the funds? This is *****ing!!! Where is a recon on the prepaid funds??? Sort this out FNB!!!

I received an email, complete ****!!! I am so sick and tired and FNB's home loans dept incompetence! You can clearly see in the prepaid col the R8 906.20? Why is this not on the bond as available funds??? Do the damn math's 131 606.20 minus 122 700 = 8 906.20. Why the hell are you telling me I don't have enough prepaid funds? I have taken the time out of my work day to sort out FNB's issues. The statement received from FNB does not actually balance, it's actually more and those funds that are missing from my prepaid funds! ****ing FIX it. I am sick and tired of FNB ****ing up!!!Call me and fix this **** ASAP
