FNB Home Loans WORST DIVISION OF RAND MERCHANT BANK

This is a rating for FNB Home Loans. This devision of FNB must have the Worst service ever. I have been trying to communicate and contact them for more than 2 weeks. Messages, phone calls and no feedback, no come back despite getting a Private Banker involved. If you are considering a Home Loan, stay clear of FNB Home Loans, you will do yourself a huge favour. Cannot even say the service is shocking, because there is NO Service at all.
