Title Deed Issues - Worst service ever

I sold my house in July and subsequently we need the original title deed in order to lodge this matter, I have been waiting 4 weeks being thrown from pillar to post and countless hours on call with the helpline only saying it was sent, they can help me with a waybill nr or even a company they send it with, USELESS, my whole sal on my house is standing still for 3 weeks now and I can not lodge my new place due to this as well.

The seller is now even looking suing me as he has been ready to lodge for 6 weeks already.

Wors and most useless I service I have ever received from the worst bank in the world.

I am so happy I am moving away from FNB and my loan will now be with someone else.

Still no reply on the above, only a phone call that gave me a ref number.
My though on FNB remains the same, USELESS, not even a complaint get a reaction.

Eventually Got a response from FNB, title deed gone, why does it take 4 weeks and multiple threatening mails to get this answer, we could have started the process of the new deed long ago and had the new one already.
