FNB Home Loans Willowbridge - Can't reach anyone for assistance

Good morning. I've been trying to reach Willowbridge FNB Home Loans since monday. I phoned ALL the available numbers but not one single person seems to be available. I can't leave a message because the mail boxes are full? How on earth am I suppose to reach them with an urgent enquiry. I tried the normal call centre and they just forward me from one person to another and I'm being cut off every single time. This is super frustrating and I really don't know what to do anymore.
