FNB Home Loans - Very Disappointed

I must say, The service I have received from FNB Home Loans, with regards to this transaction, is very disappointing - I don't know what to say about the service I have received and I feel very discouraged to remain with FNB.

I app**** 2 months (24 Nov 2021) ago for a Building loan, and I'm still struggling to get any definite feedback. (not even Sure If I qualified or not). I am in the process of losing the property to the next application because the landowner does not want to give me an extension anymore.

I find it difficult to understand why FNB wants me to close my credit card to be able to give me the building loan, to be honest, for this is how I pay for all my purchases and is always in Good standing. However it would make sense to decrease my overdraft and credit limits.

Also take Note; I was a previous Building loan client, and always paid my monthly premium on time, therefore, it makes it so hard to understand why this application is taking so long, and why my good standing with payments is doubted when assisting me with this building loan application.

I have been a customer of FNB since 2011. I have never been disappointed with their service and dedication to assist where they can up until now.

I have with FNB the following accounts Cheque account & Credit card (Always in good standing) 32 Days Notice Tax free Account Savings Account Lifestyle Protection

I Do not like having multiple banks to manage my finances, therefore I gave FNB the opportunity to assist me with the home loan, but If they are not going to pull up their shocks, FNB is forcing my hand to move this opportunity to the next Bank that is willing to give me better service and assistance.

Hope to get this resolve ASAP

This matter is not yet resolve.

To my Surprise I have received notification this morning that a debit order has been activated on my account for the Bond, how can this be if the bond has not been registered at the deed's office? The property is still on the current owner's name (the seller).

At this point I would like to request from you to bring this whole transaction to a complete halt, as it seems that FNB's "left hand" does not know what the "right hand" are doing. I will not proceed with any more activities with regard to this transaction before this mess is cleared up completely.

This process has been nothing more than a runaround from left to right without any resolution since last year.
