FNB Home Loans - Useless

I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with FNB. I have emailed numerous times. Yogini Pillay - you told me to get in touch with you direct. I have sent so many emails. All I want to do is increase my monthly home loan instalments and ask for advice. Could someone at FNB call me?
